SHIPPING
- Products up to 70lbs are shipped through Canpar.
- Products over 70lbs ie. above ground liners are typically sent by Sameday courier.
- Pool kits are shipped through a freight company such as Sameday.ca or Apex/ Western Canada Express.

- Normal Expected Processing time for General Goods: 1-2 Business Days
- Normal Expected Processing time for Aboveground Pool Kits: 1-3 Business Days
- Normal Expected Processing time for Semi Inground & Inground Pool Kits: 10-15 Business Days
- Normal Expected Processing time on Custom orders (Inground Liners, Custom Covers, etc): 10-15 Business Days

RETURNS
On approval, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc).
Return shipping rates are calculated by the freight or courier company. If an order is canceled once in transit, it is considered a return, and the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
